We launched our Dartmouth Navy Strength Gin, a punchy new 57% ABV cocktail gin, in December through Gin Foundry's Advent Calendar - It was an immediate success, receiving an enthusiastic welcome from a wide range of gin bloggers and industry experts who loved its smoothness, lime-forward citrus and crisp spices.....

Another Gold for us at the Internationally renown Gin Masters, in the London Dry Gin Class, the hardest fought and most competitive group. Once again, we did well in a blind tasting event judged by some of the leading gin connoisseurs in UK. We are truly delighted....!
Dartmouth English Gin wins a Gold Medal at the 2019 Taste of the West

Amid keen competition, we have just won Gold at the 2019 Taste of the West Awards. Taste of the West is the largest independent regional food group in the UK whose aim is to promote and support fantastic local food and drink from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
Two New Team Members Join Dartmouth Distillery Company

We have 2 new team members, who have joined us as Brand Ambassadors, and members of the Events Team.
Isabel Distin brings a wealth of industry experience, having worked for Regency Wines in Exeter for several years, and she also worked at Hunter’s Wines, Marlborough in New Zealand. She comes from a long line of Dartmouth seafarers and boat builders, who continue to play a leading role in the life of Dartmouth today.

Max Hardy began working with us by creating this website and another for our vineyard and winery at the Calancombe Estate. He will introduce our brand across the Home Counties and he is busy sourcing merchandise for the Company.

Dartmouth Distillery Co. to sponsor the Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club's 150th Anniversary Regatta in September

We have just agreed to sponsor the South Coast Rowing Championships, to be held at the Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club on 14th September, during their 150th Anniversary year. More details soon, but we plan to sponsor 2 races and provide a pop-up bar to help with the celebrations...!

Dartmouth English Gin wins Silver at the International Spirits Challenge 2019

We are delighted to have won a Silver Medal in the Agile Media International Spirits Challenge 2019. Only 8 Gold Medals were awarded to a total of 170 Gin Category medallists, and many did not receive a medal, so we are in great company, for sure.
Bizarrely, the distillery that beat us in the final of the ‘Icons of Gin 2019’ final, was awarded Bronze, which gives an indication about how ‘random’ these events can be….!

We are delighted to announce that the Craft Distilling Expo panel has awarded us with Gin of the Year 2018 among over 60 entrants from across Europe in a blind-pool tasting by top spirits industry judges. We received our award at the Craft Distilling Expo in London on 27th September.
Dartmouth English Gin has been selected from hundreds of UK and international brands for Gin Foundry's Ginvent 2018 Christmas Calendar, in cooperation with Master of Malt.

We have been chosen as the lead 'Spirits Sponsor' for the Dartmouth Mayflower 400 celebrations due to take place in 2020, to celebrate Dartmouth's key role in the story of the Pilgrim Fathers' voyage to the New World.
During 2019 and 2020, we will help with fundraising for the event in a variety of ways including the provision of our classic Bristol Pilot Cutter 'Merlin' for fundraising cruises from Dartmouth. We hope to provide gin bars during several events throughout the celebrations.

DARTMOUTH FOOD FESTIVAL
We will exhibit at the 2018 Dartmouth Food Festival on 20th and 21st October. We look forward to welcoming you to our stand in the Market Square. Terrific event - over 200 people bought a bottle of Dartmouth English Gin after a tasting.
THE LONDON SPIRIT SHOW
The Dartmouth Distillery Company will exhibit at The Spirit Show in the London Business Design Centre on 22nd and 23rd November. We'll be located next to our friends at Warner Edwards and almost opposite the Salcombe Distilling Co, from whom we expect some local rivalry...! Come and visit us.
LONDON WINE & SPIRITS SHOW
The Dartmouth Distillery Company will exhibit at The Wine & Spirits Show at the Liberal Club, 1 Whitehall Place on 12th and 13th October. This will be the first chance to try 'Dart Gin' our Navy Strength gin which is under development.

We will soon launch Dartmouth Navy Strength Gin 57% ABV, 'Dart Gin' as a tribute to the Britannia Royal Naval College Dartmouth. The additional spirit will carry even more of the unique flavour of Dartmouth English Gin, but will remain just as smooth and well-balanced.

In the autumn, look out for our Dartmouth Damson Gin, made from Calancombe Estate damsons. This is the most delicious, luxurious winter drink to rival any other fruit gin....! Next season's damson gin is underway though......... SORRY, SOLD OUT
